Bailee Sulley (Cairns)
Meet Bailee! Being a dedicated support worker with a compassionate and reliable nature, her adaptability and patience make her well suited to providing the top quality care that participants deserve. With a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help others, Bailee is comitted to making a positive impact in her role. Outside of work she enjoys playing netball, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog.

Having a strong passion towards the field of disability, Bailey has developed a deeper understanding of how to create inclusive environments and make positive impacts in the lives of those with diverse needs. As a Rugby League player Bailey demonstrates commitment to teamwork, physical fitness and encouragement with an overall goal of empowering individuals to help them reach their full potential.

Meet Rae! Rae is a strong willed mother of 2 who has a genuine passion to help others and assisting individuals to live their lives to their full potential. With 24 years of experience in the support sector, she has acquired knowledge and understanding of how to cater to and understand her participants. She is empathetic, patient and easy to get along with. Outside of work Rae enjoys playing touch football, spending time with family and friends, all while being involved with her local Rugby League club.
Kodi Costello (Central Coast)
Meet Kodi! Over the past year Kodi has transitioned into the disability sector where he has found great fulfilment in helping those in need. In Kodi's free time he enjoys staying physically active by playing Rugby League, running and going to the gym to keep him energised and engaged on a daily basis. Kodi believes that his engagement with physical activity and passion towards making an impact in the disability sector will help him inspire and connect with participants of diverse needs.

Meet Brandon! He's new to support work on the side of his online business and deeply committed to personal development. With a love for the outdoors and fitness, Brandon is passionate about men's health and mental well-being. He's on a journey to strengthen his knowledge and skills in these areas, driven by a desire to provide guidance and support to others on their own paths to personal growth and health.
